This is the essence of Qigong and Tai Chi

Qigong (Qi = energy. Gong = strengthen) uses the

co-ordination of breath and movement exercises to strengthen the life force energy of the body. It literally puts some energy into the ‘building society’ reserve so we can function better. Qiqong gives us the strength to carry out our daily life as with practice the ‘life force’ becomes stronger and more vibrant.

Tai Chi is a series of flowing moves that allow the energy to move more freely around the body through the channels and organs. Bringing nourishment and strength.

When Qi is flowing then we flow through life with ease.
